Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free with Standard shipping (California and the contiguous 48 states). Under $100, Standard shipping is $5 in California and $6 in the rest of the contiguous U.S. Expedited shipping is $12. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: Standard $15, Expedited $20. International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express with rates calculated at checkout; duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Read the full Shipping Policy.

U.S. Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, email info@rockabilly.com with your order number and the item(s) you are sending back. We will reply to confirm your return.

For refunds, customers are responsible for return shipping. Size exchanges are free (see below). Please ship your return to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the price of the item(s) to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free within 15 days of delivery, for a new size in the same wash and style. Email info@rockabilly.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will email you a prepaid return label. Once your original pair arrives, we ship your new size at no charge. One free exchange per order. If you would like a different wash or style, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order.

Store Credit

You may choose a return for site credit instead of a refund. A gift card code is sent by email once we receive and process your return. Site credit is non-refundable and cannot be changed once processed.

Exchanges and store credit are available for U.S. orders only.

International Returns

International orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@rockabilly.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes on the return. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the price of the item(s) to your original form of payment.

What to Know Before You Return

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and placed back in its original bag with all labels and tags attached. Items not returned in the original bag may take longer to process. Rockabilly reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. Refunds to credit cards will appear within 1 to 2 billing statements.
We only accept returns of items purchased on rockabilly.com. We cannot accept items purchased from other retailers.
