Processing

Orders ship from our Los Angeles, California warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories).

• California: Standard $5 (2 to 4 business days), Expedited $12 (2 business days)
• Rest of the contiguous U.S.: Standard $6 (4 to 7 business days), Expedited $12 (2 business days)
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories: Standard $15 (5 to 10 business days), Expedited $20 (2 to 3 business days)

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are collected by the carrier at delivery and are not included in your order total.

Address Changes and Lost Packages

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Email info@rockabilly.com right away if you need to make a change. Once a package has shipped we are unable to redirect it. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will help.
